Beumer Group sets up own office in Australia
Wed, 21 Dec 2011 10:00:34 +1100 - Transport & Logistics News

The Beumer Group, based in Beckum, Germany, has established an independent company in Australia.

Until now, the company that provides conveying, loading, palletising and packaging technology, as well as sortation and distribution technology, had a representative office in Australia. The establishment of the new company is a result of the Beumer Group seeing rising demand on the Australian market. Another reason was the company’s merger with Crisplant a/s, a specialist for baggage sortation system provider for airports and in the courier, express and package sector. The Danish Crisplant a/s has been part of the BEUMER Group since the middle of 2009.

The Beumer Group is an international manufacturer of conveying, loading, palletising, packaging, sortation and distribution technology. Together with Crisplant a/s and Enexco Teknologies India Limited, the BEUMER Group employs about 3,000 people and has an annual turnover of about 450 million EUR.
