The main frame is designed and manufactured from high quality "A" grade steel. All fabrication is to carried out under strict supervision to Australian welding standards. The floor is constructed using 3mm tread plate checker plate steel. The tie down points located at suitable intervals down both sides.

The suspension is a 3.5 tonne roller-rocker
Standard features:

1500mm draw bar
Fitted with two ramps approximately 1500mm long and 450mm wide.
Fitted with 50mm coupler as per Australian standards.
A manual wind down leg will at the front to support the unloaded uncoupled trailer.
Two rear manual wind down legs.
45mm square axles fitted.
The suspension is a 3.5 ton roller rocker
The braking system IS four wheel 10" brake system in accordance with transport department recommendations.
A seven-pin socket fitted to the front of the trailer.
12V Rear LED tall lights fitted in a recessed, protected position at the rear of the trailer.
12V Side LED lights fitted along the top of the trailer mudguard.
Grey etch primer and two coats of hammer tone.
New Factory 8 ply Tyre's Fitted with white powder coat rims.
