1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

2. How do you ensure the quality of the machinery?
Every piece of machinery undergoes a comprehensive 10+ point inspection (covering engine, transmission, hydraulics, and wear parts) and a full test drive before shipment. We provide test videos upon request.
3. What certifications do you provide for export?
All necessary export documentation, including:
Commercial Invoice & Packing List
Bill of Lading (B/L)
Custom Clearance Documents
Country-specific certifications (per import regulations of your destination)
4. What is the delivery time?
After receiving the deposit, within 7–15 working days.
5. What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% balance
Irrevocable L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight (preferred for bulk orders)
6. Do you offer after-sales service?
