Floor: 5mm BlueScope checker plate floor to AS/NS 1594 with 25mm x 12mm fully
welded grip bars over beavertail and start of rear deck.
Front Board: Gr 350 10mm front board, passing deck 50mm with raised section to 100mm to
pick up front leg.
Ramps: 2700mm x 850mm hydraulic operated ramps with 250mm x 150mm x 6mm
beams. 4 holes in 5mm checker plate and 25mm x 12mm fully welded grip bars.
38mm solid ramp hinge bar with greaseable bushes. 8mm Safety chains and
ratchet dogs
Hydraulic power pack: Self-contained double acting power pack and 12 Volt battery with coaming
mounted pendant. 50 amp Anderson charge line to drawbar. Flow control valve
for ramp speed. Fuse Protected, Filled with S46 hydraulic Oil. Mounted in Deck
at front of trailer
Ram Cylinders: 2 - AG Cylinder 2.5” Bore 18” stroke with dual Ports, fitted with Burst Protection.
Hydraulic Lines: Gates twin wire Ezy Flex Hydraulic Hose rated to 4800 PSI. Full work shop
crimped hydraulic fittings.
Chassis Beams: Custom Fabricated Chassis, UPT Design. Webb plate laser cut 8mm Gr350 plate
with built in 35mm camber. Laser cut outs for 100mm x 50mm x 4mm cross
members to pass through. Bottom strap 100mm X 20mm Gr350 Flat bar.
Cross Members: 100mm X 50mm X 4mm BlueScope RHS.
Coaming Rail: GR350– 300mm x 10mm Flush coaming rail with laser cut out recesses, 3mm
folded & welded light and reflector Bracket, light and reflector countersunk for
protection. All conforming to ADR Requirements.
Tie Bars: Coaming with 120mm laser cut-out, Mid mount 25mm bars
In Deck Tie points: 12 Deck welded 10mm Bissalloy chain tie points for both 8mm & 10mm Chain.
Suspension: BPW Airbag Suspension
Axles: BPW Axle. 19.5
Brakes: Wabco EBS with “S” Cam full air with Auto slack adjuster. Spring Brakes, to meet
ADR 38/02 specifications SARN 32788
Airlines: 3/8 Air Brake Hose connected to either Bayonet type or Duomatic Coupling TBC

Rims: 19.5” Tubeless 8 stud steel rims.
Lights: Twin shatterproof LED brake & tail per ramp with Indicator in centre, multi volt
flush mount in ramps. Twin Number plate light to backboard.
Coaming Lights: 8 Per side marker lights, red & amber with clear lenses.
Safety Markers: Do Not Over Take Signage, rear zebra marker signs front reflectors and rear
reflectors.
Legs: Front – Hydraulic Bracket Mounted 3.8T Leg
Rear – Dropdown fabricated leg with 40mm clearance. Fitted with spring loaded
latch and removable pins.
Mudflaps: Front of axle group, mudflaps with anti-sail brackets. Rear of axle group
mudflaps. Full mudflaps across rear of trailer.
Hitch: Pintle 4 Bolt, Rated to 8.1 Tonne
Hinges to Boxes: All hinges fitted with grease nipples.
Sandblasting: Professionally Sandblasted to Class 3 Finish.
Paint - Primer: Barrier Protec EX-408 Zinc Phosphate Primer
Paint - Finish: Barrier Protec 625 Acrylic Polythane enamel Premium 2PAK. With superior
opacity is suited in chemical and marine environments.
