Car Hauler Trailers

Car carrier trailers are commonly divided into two categories: open and enclosed. All car carrier trailers feature a built-in ramp for loading and unloading vehicles, and newer models have power hydraulics to raise and lower the ramp for greater ease of use.

Flatbed & Tag Trailers

Not to be confused with flatbed semitrailers, the flatbed and tag trailers you’ll find here are meant to be hauled by a towing vehicle like a dump truck, ute, or SUV. Flatbed trailers typically lack sides or a cover, enabling them to handle various cargo types. Some include lips that help keep cargo in place, dropsides that fall away for loading and unloading, or removable stakes for load stability. Loads are secured in place using straps or ropes. The trailers are constructed of wood, steel, aluminium, and other materials.

Flatbeds attach to a towing vehicle via a gooseneck hitch in the bed of a ute or to a ball or pintle hitch from a vehicle’s frame or bumper. The latter are generally known as “tag trailers.” Flatbed trailers that attach via gooseneck are often valued for their stability and high payload capacity.

Tank Trailers

Tank trailers are bumper-pull or gooseneck trailers equipped with steel, aluminium, stainless steel, or poly tanks used to haul large quantities of fuel, water, fertiliser, and other substances for use on farms, construction sites, and other jobsites.

Tipper Trailers

Tipper trailers transport bulk materials such as stone, sand, gravel, grain, and other loose cargo. The trailer has a tipping payload that can go to the rear, sides, or both to unload its contents.

Utility Trailers

Utility trailers are lightweight general-purpose trailers made of steel or aluminium that can be towed by light vehicles. They usually have short, rigid or folding metal sides that keep the load in place, and they may have rear folding gates or ramps. With no roof and only low walls, utility trailers are ideal for transporting bulky items such as landscape equipment, vehicles, small construction equipment, and furniture.
