IVECO offers extended warranties and other incentives on Daily Eurocargo and International ProStar Vehicles

Posted On: Wednesday, 28 February 2018

IVECO recently announced a few plate deals on its 2017 Daily vans and light trucks, Eurocargo medium-duty vehicles, and International ProStar trucks, and some models even come with extended warranties to go along with other incentives. The Eurocargos, for example, will get 2-year 50,000-kilometre extended warranties, bringing the total up to five years and 300,000 kilometers, and the Daily models will get 5-year and 200,000-kilometer warranties when all said and done. These deals last until April 30, 2018, and include a third deal where if you buy a 2017 International ProStar, you’ll not only get a five-year, 1.2 million kilometer engine warranty, but also a $5,000 Visa gift card.

    Vehicles on offer

If you’re interested in the Daily line of vehicles, you’ll find models with gross vehicle mass (GVM) ratings of up to 7,200 kilograms with engines capable of providing up to 205 horsepower and 470 newton-meters of torque. You’ll also have a choice of two different transmissions, including an 8-speed fully automatic version, as well as a slew of safety features, including the standard Electronic Stability Program.

The Eurocargo vehicles included in the deal have GVM ratings of up to 18 tonnes and give you the option of either a Euro5 (EEV) or Euro6 engine, which are capable of producing up to 280 horsepower and 1,000 newton-meter of torque. You get your choice of automatic or manual transmissions, and some of the same safety features you’ll find in the Daily line, including anti-lock brakes, adaptive cruise control, a land departure warning system, and more.

As for the International ProStar line, you’re looking at a powerful vehicle complete with a Cummins X15 engine and an Eaton 18-speed Ultrashift Plus automated transmission or 18-speed manual transmission. The Cummins engine can produce up to 550 horsepower and 2,508 newton-meters of torque. The truck is available in a day cab, extended cab, or tipper models and can be configured to operate as a tipper truck or to haul one or more trailers, among other applications.
